EQFP144 footprint for Allegro

Hello, 

 

I need an EQFP144 footprint for Allegro. I have downloaded the official Altera library (from here: https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/download/board-layout-test/pcb/pcb-cadence.html) and the package I need is not included. 

 

The FPGA I am programming is a MAX10 (10M02SCE144C8G) and I do not have much experience in drawing footprints. Does anyone know if that footprint is included in any other library or where I could get it? Maybe from an Allegro standard library... I don't know... :huh:

No, that's the schematic and it does not have any footprint attached.
