Hi,
You may refer to Max 10 FPGA Device Overview for reference.
The Max 10 can support DDR3, DDR3L, DDR2 and LPDDR2 external memory interface.
Only Dual-supply Max 10 devices can support external memory interface.
The device hardware support SRAM. But we don't provide software support for this interface.
Meaning no IP supported for this feature.
Therefore need to use your own design to interface with SRAM devices.
You can find the Max 10 device ordering information in this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683658/current/device-ordering-information.html
Regards,
Adzim
