Hello, I'd like to know what the life status and where I could purchase the part:

EP3C120F780I7NSZ

It is originally from Altera. I've tried searching for information on multiple websites but couldn't find where to purchase it or the life status.

You get get them stock from mouser.com, for example:

Not cheap, US$980 each, but available from stock.
