HOW CYCLONE V TO REALIZE HDMI?

I want to use cyclone V to realize HDMI, but HDMI is TMDS，cyclone v IO standard donot have TMDS，i want to know how can i do? is use LVDS to realize? i don't want use HDMI PHY chip，i want use FPGA direct to realize the HDMI，thank you!

If you check below HDMI user guide doc (page 4), HDMI IP core is not supported on Cyclone V device.

• The table also list down all HDMI IP supported Intel FPGA family

The closest FPGA to Cyclone V that support HDMI is Arria V FPGA. The IO standard used is "1.5V PCML".
