You could go for either MaxII/V CPLDs or Max10 FPGAs. Both are low-power feature packed devices from Intel.
Max II and Max V are older CPLDs that are still supported by the Older versions of Quartus tools.
Max 10 FPGAs are kind of newer devices which are supported by the latest software releases.
