How can I repair the Development Kit?

When I test the Altera Development Kits DK-DEV-10AX115S-A, I found some defective in J2. I connect the AD9265-FMC-125EBZ into J2, then I can't receiver the good response. Of course, I promise the AD9265-FMC-125EBZ is good. And when I change another DK-DEV-10AX115S-A, the result is good. So, I came to the conclusion that the original DK-DEV-10AX115S-A was bad. I measure the impedance of J2 with a multimeter, and I find D18(FMCB_LA_TX_N6) and G12(FMCB_LA_RX_P2) are about 30kohm to GND, they are difference with another good one. So I want to repair or replace the Development Kit?
