And can you give a tutorial to explain how to configure it in detail?

Hi

Welcome to Intel forum. Based on my understanding, Cyclone® V GT FPGA development kit does not allow you to access the EPCQ configuration device that is fitted to the kit.

Excuse me, but what is the most reasonable way for me to use flash memory to solidify the program to the FPGA

Hello,

From my understanding, your EPCQ has programmed but corrupted. Is it possible for you to access the EPCQ via Quartus Programmer(using JTAG interface)?

You can override the EPCQ content using Quartus Programmer.
