I have filled out the web form (https://plan.seek.intel.com/psg_WW_dcaipsgloc_LPCS_EN_2022_IFTDContactUs) several times and no one has ever gotten back to me. I just want some technical information on the Direct-RF parts (Agilex 9 Direct RF & Stratix-10 SX). There is virtually no useful publicly available information. I am looking for an alternative to RFSoC, but I can't make an informed decision if there's no technical data available. I also reached out to Intel support and they said they don't handle this and closed the case. Can someone at Intel please provide me access to datasheets on these devices? I assume datasheets exist.

Yes, sorry, I was going from memory when I said SX. I'm interested in the Stratix 10 AX or Agilex 9 Direct RF, but there don't appear to be any publicly available datasheets. The information on the landing page you've linked above is not detailed enough for the trade study I am performing.
Thanks,
JDW

Hi JDWCV,
I have consulted the team and it seems that the technical documents for both devices is not available at the moment.
Thanks.

So if I can't get any technical information, how am I supposed to make a determination if I would want to use these parts in a new high-end design? Or is there no documentation because these parts are "vaporware" - e.g., Intel is taping out some engineering samples, but their genius marketing team is going to push ahead as if these parts were actually real? I miss Altera. I guess I'll just use Xilinx RFSoCs.

Hi JDWCV,
As I understand you have submitted the "Contact Us" information.
From my previous follow up on last week, Marketing has to first grant access privileges to the customer. I have submitted your contact information for the matter internally. Do let me know if there is still no people reach out to you after this.
Thanks.
