How to import simulation vector from excel file

Hi all,

I've seen some of the hardware designers using Microsoft Excel to give input vector for Quartus simulation. The concept is, instead of using vaweform to give input for simulator (.vwf file), input data are key into Excel file and then it is imported into simulator. The question is, how to provide simulation input vector by using excel?
