Hi SHuai,
The reason of this error is the CONF_DONE pin in the device did not go high at the end of configuration.
Here are some factors of this error:
- Communications cables not securely connected
- Incorrect device selected
- No power to target system
- Device nCE pin not connected to GND
Here some workaround you can try:
- Remove the SD card and reinsert it in the bard farm machines
- Can you kindly try to reduce your TCK frequency to 6 MHz (default value)?
Below link is the command to change TCK frequency (on page 14= 2.8. Changing the TCK Frequency) https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_usb_blstr_ii_cable.pdf#page=14
I hope this will help.
Thanks

The problem has been solved.
The hardware engineer made a mistake that there are differences between boards and schematic design.
when I set msel value 011,actual setting is 101.It is a wrong configuration.
Thanks
