This part is EOL by Altera/Intel.

Atmel/Microchip has a production replacement part in the ATF1502ASV family.

Refer to: https://www.microchip.com/design-centers/programmable-logic/spld-cpld

If you are lazy you can buy ATF1502 parts from DigiKey, supply them with a .jed file, and they will program them for you for a nominal fee.

You can use the Atmel POF2JED utility to convert an Altera .pof file for your device to a .jed file to program their part.

I have done this a number of times for parts in the EPM7xxxS series. EPM3xxxA series is also supported.

I do not work for Altera/Intel/Microchip/Atmel/DigiKey/Mouser. I am a now retired EE with 40+ years of experience.
