Hi Team,

We are working on debugging in our project which uses intel APEX EP201500EFC33-9X FPGA in it. I need manuals and datasheet for the document. I also needs the Quartus tool version which supports the FPGA and debugger which is used for it.

Please provide the documents for debugging.

Hi,

I afraid that I am not familiar with the part number you mentioned there. May I know which type of Intel FPGA that was involved in the project?

Do you have the picture of the part number of the FPGA?

Think that is a typo in the subject, should it be EP20K1500EFC33 instead?

That part/series went EOL back in 2016 or so, and the part itself is from the early 2000s.

Look here:  https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/devices/devices-support-index.html

under Legacy (OBSOLETE) Devices, APEX 20K series.

Unfortunately it appears most of the documentation and tools are from the early 2000s and reference long obsolete versions of
QuartusII in the versions 1.0 - 4.0 range. These are no longer available.

UPDATE

Looks like QuartusII 6.1 supported the APEX20K EP20K1500E device.

Download available here:  https://archive.org/details/quartus61win

Not an Intel/Altera site, just an ISO archived on the web. So buyer beware.

Found a datasheet at mouser.com:  https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/612/apex-1299388.pdf

May be one on the Intel site, but I could not find it.
