Which one should be used for 1.8V eMMC IO assignment?

IO standard: 1.8V, SSTL-18 class i or class ii,  HSTL-18 class i or class ii???

eMMC is managed NAND.

That document is marked WESTERN DIGITAL CONFIDENTIAL. You should NOT be posting it here.

Intel should NOT read it AND the webmaster should DELETE it ASAP.

You should be asking Western Digital what signaling levels to use for their device.

Looks like the confidential data sheet upload has been deleted.

 

For your original question I would ask Western Digital for their interface level recommendation.
