I am looking for Replacement option for FLEX-6000 series part #EPF6016ATC144-2. Could you please suggest me the exact equivalent IC for this part??

That family and part went EOL over 5 years ago. Intel lists no exact replacements. You might try looking at some of the MAX II family members to see if they fit your requirements. There will be NO exact drop in replacement, tho. Any option will require (probably) substantial implementation changes.
