Intel Stratix 10 Power Analysis - PDN tool

Hi,

We have used Intel Stratix 10 - GX L-tile FPGA in our design and power, DDR, clock, pwr sequencing all sections are developed w.r.t that FPGA.

Now we need to switch from Intel Stratix 10 GX L-tile to TX E-tile, as both are from same series,

Is it okay if we only take care of the power section with the help of PDN tool and keep the remaining section as it is?

Kindly advice!

Regards,

Hi,

The PDN tool power calculation is affected by the density of the device and other static parameters contributing to the static power calculation. The rest is the dynamic power based on design elements.

So, take the decision based on whether other than the tile difference, is the rest of the device same.
