As we have previously instructed in your previous case (05776125) we do not provide support for this product through our regular support channels including this forum. As previously mentioned in your support ticket you will need to contact your distributor or the place of purchase where you got the adapter and ask them to assign a FAE (field application engineer) for your request, once you have the FAE assigned you can request them to check if they can add the product to their IPS account.
