If yes, the failure-in-time rate (FIT rate) for the devices within the same family with the same process technology will be very similar and can be used for devices that not explicitly in the Reliability Report. Max 10 products are fabricated on 55nm process technology, so the FIT rate of Max 10 product is 31.4.
The failure rates are calculated on a product family basis and the equivalent hours are calculated at a typical use condition of VCC nominal in a 55C still-air-ambient or 70C junction.
