Is there possibility that parts received for EPCQ64ASI16N, Intel labels shows one datecode and the physical top mark shows other datecode? It seems only happening for COO: Taiwan compared to COO: Malaysia.

Can anyone advise if this is normal?

Hi Teressa, By right it shouldn't be. Just would like to know where do you get the device from? Regards, YL

Hi YL,

It was from a huge excess lot and this item was one of them, but it is from Distributor as I know of.

Hi Teressa, I would recommend to have RMA with distributor for the part with different datecode on label and physical top marking. Regards, YL
