I have a new Laptop. It crashed and turned off. The battery is fine. When i turn It back on the light comes on but the screen remains black. I ask for help. What should i do to solve this problem?

Take it back to the place of purchase, or contact the laptop manufacturer for support.

The solution then is the same as it is now:

Take it back to the place of purchase, or contact the laptop manufacturer for support.
