Hi there,
This is Allen, supplier quality manager from Flex Suzhou site, we purchased Intel products from ARROW ASIA DISTRIBUTION LTD.
We have some Intel products that failed at our debug station, please refer to the Intel MPN and quantity below:
MPN#EP3SE110F1152C2 * 28 pcs
MPN#10AX090N4F40E3SG * 8 pcs
These products are license parts, according to U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) policy, all license parts must be returned to the manufacturer for scrap. Therefore, we cannot scrap these license parts at Flex facility, so, we asked ARROW's help to return them to INTEL CORPORATION 2200 MISSION COLLEGE BLVD. M/S RNB5-125 SANTA CLARA, CA 95054 United States, the address that in Export License No. D1194998, unfortunately, ARROW replied that they cannot handle this, suggest us to contact Intel directly.
So, may I ask your help to provide a flow on how to return these license part to Intel US? If these parts can be returned to Intel US, it will be 0 cost claim since these failed license parts are our normal consumption. Only return them to Intel for scrap according to BIS policy.
Looking forward to your response.
Yours sincerely
Allen Zhou

Hi
Thanks for your patience. We have done many checking. Unfortunately, after conducting thorough checks, we have determined that GRL does not have a physical presence at Intel Corp Santa Clara in the US to handle product returns. Customers are not allowed to return to US SANTA CLARA as this is not an Intel RMA warehouse.
Consequently, the only viable option for customers to return products is through PRC Shanghai RMA.
You could find the address below:
PRC Shanghai RMA address
INTEL TRADING(SHANGHAI)CO.,LTD C/O Ingram Micro Trading (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd.
(IMTS) Room 201, Building 4,
No.223, Jin Yuan San Road, Jiading District, Shanghai, China, PRC
