Licensing Agreement for Jam STAPL Byte-Code Player

As I understand it, the Jam STAPL Byte-Code Player is covered by a Commercial Use Software Licensing Agreement for Programmable Solutions. I'm having difficulty finding the text of that licensing agreement, and would like to ask if someone could provide that for me.

You can go to this Jam STAPL Byte-Code Player v2.3 download page (Jam STAPL Byte-Code Player v2.3 (intel.com)) and click the download button. Once click, you will be brought to the licensing agreement page.
