Could someone confirm the parts below are active or NRND ( are various Speed Grade still available)

EPM240T100C8N
EPM240T100C7N
EPM240T100C6N
EPM240T100C5N
EPM240T100C4N
EPM240T100C3N

Also need to have the RoHS certificate for the part which specifies if any exemptions are being claimed.

Thanks,

Hi NB,

Thank you for contacting Intel Community. For your information, the part listed is from Max II device families which are in the mature phase and they are still recommended for new designs. It should not be obsolete within these few years but the life cycle is depending on its order volume. You may subscribe to our customer notification mailing list for the notification of Altera devices when it is going to be discontinued:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/quality-and-reliability/pcns-and-advisories.html

I would recommend you to look for other new alternative CPLD devices such as Max V, or Max 10 device families:

Should you have any further feedback or concern, do feel free to drop me a note.

Thank you

Regards,

Chia Ling

Thanks for confirming us on the Life-cycle status for the part.

Request you to confirm the RoHS status for the part. ( i.e. is the part compliant to the 2015/863/EU delegated directive) and do let us know if any exemptions are being claimed for the devices.

Thanks,

Naveen

Hi Naveen,

For your information, the part number with ‘N’ suffix at the last character represented RoHS compliance, with no conversion required for Max II device. For details, kindly refer to the link below:

Thank you
