My company will be doing a LTB of several MAX II CPLDs and would like Intels long term storage recommendation. Devices include  EPM570F100I5, EPM240GM100I5N, and EPM240F100I5N.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting intel community.

Please note that Intel devices has the shelf life of 36months (per JEDEC J-STD-033B.1). Please refer to the ADV document below.

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/pcn/adv1818.pdf

Customer are advisable to follow Intel recommendation and guidelines to ensure the best quality and functionality of the device. There is no assurance for 15 years on shelf as Intel does not recommend that. Hence, we do not have any further report or guidelines to achieve this 15 years on shelf. Customer may store the device for 15 years on shelf, however, Intel will not be responsible for any consequences as it is beyond Intel recommendations.

Hope this will clarify.

Thanks.

Regards,

Aiman
