What are the DC specs of the 1.0 V LVCMOS IO standard on a MAX 10 device? That includes Vccio min/max, Vil/Vih/Vol/Voh and Iol/Ioh specs. I cannot see them in Table 10 of the device's datasheet, even though 1.0 V LVCMOS is stated as a supported IO standard in the GPIO User Guide.

Hi Wai Pong,
You may refer to Table 20:

Thank You

Hi YL,
The datasheet you referred to (as of the current version 2018.06.29) does not have specifications on the 1.0 V LVCMOS IO standards. Please point me to where I can find that information. Thanks!
Wai

Hi YL,
In the MAX 10 General Purpose IO User Guide (link, version 2018.12.20), Table 3 "Supported I/O Standards in Intel MAX 10 Devices", 1.0 V LVCMOS is listed as a supported IO standard for the commercial grade of MAX 10. Please advice.
Thanks,
Wai

Hi Wai Pong,
Sorry for the late response, the 1.0V LVCMOS is a mistake in the user guide. MAX 10 is not supporting this I/O Standard.
Thank You.

Hi,
It seem that it is supported on some -8 devices in the last data sheet (2020).
Thanks,
