We can't read the image you've posted. What values are they and why do you think they're wrong?

If you click the thumbnail, the original image opens. It works for me anyway. 

 

For 3V3 and 1V8 LVCMOS, Iol and Ioh are +/-2mA. For 3V0 LVCMOS they are +/-0,1mA. 

 

Seems strange. I plan to use 3V0 LVCMOS, so I would just like to get confirmation of the actual current.

I agree - they seem odd values. However, only Altera will be able to confirm either way.
