MAX10 Power Supplies Recommended Operating Conditions

Hi,

We are using the MAX10 device in one of our designs. We found out during worse case analysis that our power supplies design could theoretically reach slightly above the recommended operating conditions:

1.2V could reach up to 1.256V (recommended is 1.25V) - 6mV above maximum recommended

2.5V could reach up to 2.623V (recommended is 2.62V) - 3mV above maximum recommended

Can we keep the current design?

Hi @avib

The device performance are only validated using the recommended supply voltage range specified in the datasheet. Without data, we are not able to tell what will/will not happen if you use outside of the recommended range.
