Hello ,
I have MAX10 development kit. I am trying to play with MAX10 RSU with UART NIOS example files according to AN741 document.
I am able to program all files correctly but when i connect UART to terminal i don't see any compunction there.
Any idea what i am missing ???
Thanks

I have the same problem. Followed the same steps as SAB4887, except that I am using a Pu tty UART terminal. Should work the same, as its just UART. The 'Remote Terminal.exe' appears unable to run on my Linux machine. I do see the USB device appear under my /dev folder, so I am confident the connection from my MAX10 dev board is there.
Intel support, can you update this thread?

Note, I am using the Master reference files. I was able to program all into the device.

The UART status LEDs (D13, D14) do not light up when I attempt to transmit from my host computer.

Correction: The TX LED (D13) does light up when I enter a character in my UART terminal.

@Ash_R_Intel can you or another Intel representative provide me with support on this topic? I am still blocked by Nios II not displaying output over UART. It seems like its not booting at all.
