MAX10 pin not working

MAX10 pin not working

Hello,

We are using the MAX10, 10M08 in EQFP-144 package. Across boards there are 2 pins that are not working (don't respond to any control, are always low).

1) Pin 52 (of EQFP_144 package) (in Bank 3)

2) Pin 141 (in Bank 8)

We have made three boards with these devices and the behavior is consistent across the boards.

We checked for shorts (also measured resistance using a MM) and everything seems to be fine.

Please advise.
