MAX3000 : Downloading cable

Hi everybody,

I have a question about the downloading cable used to read MAX3000A CPLD (EPM3064ATC100).

I have found several downloading cables :

- Terasic blaster

- USB Blaster

- USB blaster II

- Ethernet blaster

I'm looking for the one that can program my EPM3064. For the ethernetblaster, it's wrote in the datasheet so this one can do it. But for the other (as USB blaster), it's wrote that you can program/read MAX CPLD, but not exactly MAX3000. To be sure and before to buy one of them, could you confirm me which one can work with MAX3000 series.

I found this page :

https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/support-centers/devices/programming.html

Thank you in advance,

Fabrice

You can use any of those. However you will need a version of Quartus that supports that device family.

Refer to the https://www.altera.com/downloads/download-center.html and download the latest version of Quartus that supports MAX3000 - 13.0 SP1.

Cheers,

Alex
