We have received field return failure. The failure pointed to Altera component U29 during our functional test (unable to dump all EEPROM & FPGA version failure) on the returned board.
Replace good/new component and the returned board able to pass functional test.
Thus we would like to seek request to support on the FA request.
Would need you to assist to help to request for FA from Intel.

Hi Intel team,
Multiple emails send to supportreplies@intel.com to confirm the FA status since 21 Sept 2022. But we do not receive any responded email from Intel till now. Quoted by Intel customer support "Estimate the test can be completed around WW38~39".
May i know what is the WW for today 06 Oct 2022??
Kindly respond our email send and provide the FA report.
