Please provide the Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF) Prediction from any HALT testing or analysis, in failures per billion hours (FIT) and at what temperature, Confidence Level (CL) and Activation Energy (eV) the calculation was made.
For: 10AX027H3F34I2SG
I have been trying to get this info through other answers to this board which state that I can find in a Reliability Report.PDF which is given as a link. However the link appears broken.
I tried searching for this doc but can not find.
It's frustrating as it was so easy to get before Intel bought Altera
Thanks,
Mike

Nazrul,
Thank you for your response on the FIT value of 10AX027H3F34I2SG.
If at all possible could you email me or send me a link I can access the document:

or other white paper the FIT number is documented in, as that would easier for us provide in our system report.
Thanks,
Mike
