Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) or Failure in Time (FIT) Rates

Hello,

Diego A. from Intel Customer Support Technician suggested I look for this information here.

 

I would like to get the MTBF or FIT rates for the following parts:

Intel       EN87C5224 SF76

Intel       TN87C52-24

Intel       AN87C196KC
