Hello,
Thank you for submitting your question in Intel Community.
I'm Adzim, application engineer will assist you in this forum.
I'm not familiar with the error message that you have shown.
Does it generated from your tools/scripts?
Regarding to the error message, it's indicate that the memory interface is failing calibration process.
Do you have any software and hardware information regarding to your test such as IP information or board information?
May I know what is the process analysis that you mean in your last sentence?
So far all 4 boards is failing with same error?
Regards,
Adzim

We had contacted to our end customer, but they also cannot provide more detail failure information. And also cannot confirm whether is design issue. Our Flex want to Intel to check and confirm this part is good. then We can told the end customer that is their design issue.

Hi Amay,
From your latest comment in this case:
"We have seen multiple failures of the DDR4 Memory calibration which are not fixed by swapping memory chips and which are fixed by swapping the FPGA. Is it possible to get failure analysis done on these chips to see if the timing and drive strength are meeting spec?"
I would instruct you to file a ticket for FACR on FPGA device either through Intel Premier Support or Intel Community.
Please state out the observation and reports that you have to help on FACR process.
As this issue is continue to FACR process, I will close this case.
Regards,
Adzim
