Tenho 2 códigos independentes que são executados em dois módulos FPGA Cyclone IV. O primeiro módulo (transmissor) recebe entradas IR, verifica o binário e converte para hexadecimal, exibe no display 7seg e então envia o binário para o segundo módulo (receptor), que converte em hexa novamente e então exibe no display 7seg e em um display LCD 16x2 conectado ao módulo. Gostaria de saber como juntar os dois códigos de modo que cada módulo FPGA seja capaz de executar as duas funções (transmissor e receptor), a partir de um comando IR inicial que deve definir o modo de operação do primeiro módulo, que irá por consequência definir também o módulo de operação do segundo.
