PCI Express Avalon-MM DMA Windows Source Code?

Hi,

I was wondering if we could have access to the Windows-side source code for the Driver bundled with the PCI Express Avalon-MM DMA hardware. We have access to the windows/linux drivers, but only the source code for the Linux side. It would be very helpful to also have access to the windows source.

(Referring to the bundle as described here: https://www.altera.com/documentation...k1412548072360 (https://www.altera.com/documentation/nik1412548086590.html#nik1412548072360))

Thanks,

Tim

I don't think Altera provides the Windows source code for the PCIe driver . But you can create your own driver for the PCIe using Jungo's WinDriver kit.

https://www.jungo.com/st/products/windriver/windriver_pci/

Its easy to setup for any PCIe device .

Hi,

The reference design and Linux source can be found from related links in the AN690:

https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/an/an690.pdf

Also, there is an example simple version source code from the following link that perhaps could be use as reference:

http://www.alterawiki.com/wiki/pci_express_in_qsys_example_designs

Please be aware, the material from the wiki page can be publish by anyone and it is provided as-is and is not supported by Altera.
