Package different between KF40 and NF40

Hi There , 

 

I want to know what the different between KF40 and NF40 package.

Hi,


Thank you for reaching out to Intel Community.


KF40 and NF40 are the Package Plan for Intel® Arria® 10 devices and both have the same 40 mm × 40 mm, 1517-pin FBGA.


However, they are different in terms of General-Purpose I/O (GPIO) Count, High-Voltage I/O Count, LVDS Pairs and Transceiver Count for each Product Line under Intel® Arria® 10 devices.
