Programming CPLD's with Hexadecimal files

Hi everybody,

Is it possible to program an EPM570T100 using a Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) Output File for SRAM ? It seems not since Quartus will not generate this file when I go under Settings, Device and Pin options and select programming files

Hexadecimal (Intel-Format).

Also - if I try and convert the prgramming file under File- convert programming files and select the Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) Output File for SRAMthe toll insists on having a SOF file as input, POF is not allowed.

If it is possible to to program an EPM570T100 using a Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) Output File for SRAM, how do I go about generating this file in Quartus ?

Thanks,

Eric
