I have tried to reinstall Quartus, but the error still happens when "Start Compilation".
Meanwhile, I cannot find the atcl_tcl.cpp which is reported error below, so it is a little bit strange.
The error log is shown below:

I found the solution.
Clear the file .\incremental_db\compiled_partitions and then "Start Compilation". All the things go well!
The reason might be the sync error of the Onedrive which will create two conflicting files.

Hey there i get a similar error when i try to open quartus. How do i clear that file? Where can i find it? Thanks in advance for your help.
