How do I get the reliability reports for FPGA / CPLD?

I need the failure rate or FIT for the following products:
MAX10 and MAXII

Many Thanks

Hi Patrick,

For your information, the FIT information for both MAX 10 and MAX II can be found in the Reliability Report.

The Reliability Report is available in Intel’s Resource & Documentation Center (RDC) System. Refer below link:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/confidential/collections/topics/qualification-reports.html?s=Relevancy&f:@stm_10385_en=%5BIntel%C2%AE%20FPGAs%5D

Since the Reliability Report is Intel Confidential, the RDC registration is required by the customer with CNDA.  You will need a CNDA with Intel to download the report. You required for RDC registration which you can get the registration in the RDC website.

For more information, you can refer to Resource & Design Center (RDC) - RDC User Guide

https://edc.intel.com/content/www/us/en/resources-documentation/rdc-user-guide/

When anyone download the RDC document from the RDC website, the downloaded document shows a watermark at all pages of the document background. That watermark is one’s own e-mail address.

We recommend that the customer perform self-registration to get the access to confidential RDC document.

Aqid

Hello Aqid,

unfortunately, it took a while for the CNDA to be completed.

I don't get any hits with your attached link and there is no information regarding FPGA on the Intel Product Qualification Reports page.

Do you have any idea where to find them now?

Best regards,

Patrick
