Request for reliability report: MAX 10

Hi

I am looking for ESD data on the MAX 10. It seems as if this might be available in the enigmatic reliability report. It seems as if everybody asking about reliability gets pointed towards this link:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/quality-and-reliability/failure-analysis.html

where the advice seems to be "use the Intel Community".

So I am using the community now to request access to the reliability report for the MAX 10. I hope this works...

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Intel community.

Do your company has existed CNDA with Intel?

On top of that, kindly provide your company name and parent company(if have), contact name and country for us to check.

You can provide the information through private message.

Regards,

Aiman

Hello Aiman,

I've seen that you could help with the reliability data of MAX10.

We are looking for exactly the same data (FIT or MTTF) of the MAX10, especially 10M04SCU169C8G.

Could you provide that data.

I cant see a way to reply by private message.

Pleas let me know if you need further information.

Best Regards,

Eduard
