We are using the below mentioned part number components in our DC drive control board.

Request you to provide the MTBF and Failure Rate (FIT) data for the component for our analysis.

1. EP2C35F484C7N

2. EPCS16SI8N

3. EPCQ16ASI8N

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

To know the MTBF or Failure-in-time rate (FIT), you may refer to the following solution:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/solutions/rd04072012_59.html

You can find the FIT rate for Altera devices in the Reliability Report. Kindly be noted that the FIT rate for devices within the same family with the same process technology will be very similar and can be used for devices not explicitly listed in the Reliability Report.

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_US/pdfs/literature/rr/rr.pdf

Hope this help! Let me know if you need more information.

Regards,

Aiman

I was looking for FIT rates for MAX 10 and ended up in this thread.

Does anyone else get redirected when they try to open the rr.pdf link posted by Aiman?  I keep ending up back on the landing page that tells me to sign up for premier support or check the community forums.
