RoHS compliance - automated emails not being sent

I have tried to obtain a RoHS Declaration of Conformance for part number EP1C3T144C7N, EPCQ4ASI8N, EN5365QI, EN5312QI but have not received an email response.
I am redirected from the MDDS database to PSG Legacy Materials database which finds the part and reports that an email has been sent.
I have checked my junk email and there is nothing there.
I require the RoHS Declaration of Conformance to complete our internal declaration so we can begin selling our products in Europe.

Can you please supply the RoHS files for EP1C3T144C7N, EPCQ4ASI8N, EN5365QI, EN5312QI?

In order to obtain RoHS DofC (Declaration of Conformity), please enter the Intel product number (at "Enter Intel PSG Legacy Part Number" field), then select "RoHS II DofC" (at "Select Output Type" field). Click "submit" and the declaration of conformity will be sent to the customer's email account shortly.

To view the above website, customers have to first register your name in our website below and register an account, then you will be permitted to get the data that you need.
