Hi,

 

It is not verified in Serial Flash Controller Intel FPGA IP. I would recommend you to use Generic Serial Flash Interface Intel FPGA IP (https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug-gen-sfi.pdf) which it has been verified on 1G and 2G version of MT25Q flash.
