Startix V - bank 3 supplies question

I want to use a Stratix V GX (P/N: 5SGXMA5K3F40C2N) in following configuration of supplies in bank 3:

VCCIO3A=VCCIO3B=3V

VCCPD3AB=3V

VCCIO3C=VCCIO3D=1.8V

VCCPD3CD=2.5V

Is it allowed?
