I cannot get the design guidelines for the device 

 

stratix EP1S20F672C7 L CBC9B0443A  

 

So I am using stratix II design guidelines to design the board. 

 

I wannu know if I can get the design guidelines and datasheet for the above device or I can use the stratix II guidelines.
