Hi there guys,

I am reading in: "Embedded Peripherals IP, User Guide" that

--- Quote Start ---

Limitations

Currently, the Altera-provided drivers for the CFI controller support only Intel, AMD

and Spansion flash chips.

--- Quote End ---

Seems like DigiKey isn't even selling Spansion, other distributers seem to have really long leadtimes for the S29GL (spansion). Digikey has like one Intel flash-device.

Am I missing something here?

Kind regards,

Intel Flash = Numonyx Flash

Since ST and Intel sold Numonyx to Micron, you should find also Micron flash compatible with Numonyx.
