TSE RGMII data send using Avalon problem

Hello everyone. I'm new to Intel FPGAs.

I have a problem. I adde Triple-speed ethernet IP and I want to test if it works or not. My phy is a 1512 Marvell. so I use RGMII. I wrote the config_eth to configure MAC and PHY. I also write pack_gen to send data to PC. But when I check wireshark, my packet is not there. Can you guide me to find my mistakes please?
