The Altera DE0-nano board can not power on

Hi,

I have a De0-nano board. When I connect to PC usb, The FPGA can not power on. The FPGA is heating however the configuration mode can not start. Moreover, The PC does not detect the FPGA. Hence, I can not start the FPGA. I feed from power supply. I set 5V to output of power supply, but I measured 2V at power input of FPGA. From USB connection, I measured approximatly 1,5V from VCC Pins of FPGA. May be the short circuit in anywhere. But, the power led must be power on for short circuit case.

Is there any suggestion?

Hello

Welcome to INTEL forum. The DE0-Nano Board belong to Terasic. It would be better if you could contact Terasic for enquiry related to Terasic board. https://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?Language=English&CategoryNo=12&No=20

Please accept my apologies as this is out of my expertise.
