Please help to confirm what is the tray size for MPN: 10M08DAU324I7G. Previous incoming is FPBGA_11MMx11MM (8x22) while new incoming is 15x15MM (7x17).

10M08DAU324I7G is UBGA with 484 leads count. Hence the tray size should be 19mm x 19mm (Daewon 12U-1919- GXX). Kindly refer to AN 71 for further information.
