UART communication problem

Hello everyone, 

 

I am using MIMAS V2 spartan 6 board. To learn this board I am using a tutorial named "Microblaze MCS Tutorial for Xilinx ISE 14.2". On following all the steps I am not getting output in tera term not even the hello word program is working. But the second code i.e. "Accessing the GPIO. " is working fine. I think some problem is with UART but I dont know how to proceed. I have attached the tutorial pdf. Any help in this regard is really appreciated.

I think you have got onto the wrong forum. This is for Altera producuts and not Xilinx. Please repost in the correct FPGA forums.
